Request Service With the Right Urgency
Clients can send Normal, Urgent, or Emergency requests to linked providers, with service type, description, preferred schedule, and location in one portal.
Approve Quotes and Download Service Records
Clients can review itemized quotations, accept or reject them, download service reports, view billing statements, and keep the full building service history in one place.
Shared Building Access and Equipment Lists
Any active client contact except read-only users can invite building teammates. Primary contacts can manage the equipment list and import CSV/Excel files, while approved contacts share the same records.
Give every approved building contact one shared portal for requests, reports, quotes, billing, and equipment.
FAQ
Questions clients ask first.
Is the client portal really free?
Yes. The client portal is free for clients. You can request service, view reports, approve quotations, see billing statements, message providers, and manage building access/equipment depending on your client role.
Does my service company need to use Swift Flow?
Yes. Create a free client portal and request to link with your service provider using their 6-character company code. Their admin approves the link before records connect.
What if I manage multiple buildings?
Any active client contact except read-only users can invite building engineers, property managers, or owners. Approved contacts then share the same portal data for reports, jobs, requests, linked providers, and equipment.
Is your service company already on Swift Flow?
